Our Mission
The mission of NCSOA is to recruit, train, support, and retain certified sports officials for all schools, parks & recreation, and athletic programs across North Carolina. We are committed to upholding the integrity of the game through standardized officiating, continuous professional development, and strong collaboration with local official organizations, regional supervisors, schools, recreation departments, and the communities we serve.
Our Goal
The goal of the NCSOA is to provide a standardized certification process for officials and ensure consistent, fair, and quality officiating for education-based sporting events within the state of North Carolina by supporting local official associations, developing officials through training, clear communication, and ongoing performance feedback.
